2. What data we process and why
We process the data you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email (for example, name, phone number, town and a description of the work), in order to answer your enquiry, prepare and send you a quote and, where applicable, manage the work you commission.
The form on this website does not send any data to a server of ours. When you press the button, WhatsApp opens with a message already written from what you typed, and you decide whether to send it.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (when you write to or call us) and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (quote). If you commission work, it is based on performance of the contract and on compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations).
4. Retention
We keep the data for as long as your enquiry or the work is being handled and, afterwards, for the periods required by law to deal with possible liabilities.
5. Recipients and service providers
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use providers that may process data:
- Google Workspace (email).
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you write to us through that app; its own terms and privacy policy also apply.
- Google Analytics (visit statistics), only if you accept analytics cookies; Google may process data outside the European Economic Area.
- Netlify (website hosting), which may log technical connection data, such as the IP address, for security and operational reasons.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case they rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@bricohomeservices.com, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your national supervisory authority.
7. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Last updated: 8 October 2026. In case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails.
