Apartments and second homes
Holiday-rental and second-home renovation in Roses
We renovate apartments and holiday homes from start to finish, ready to rent or enjoy. You leave us the keys and we take care of everything.
Free, no-obligation visit and quote
Your apartment ready, without you having to be here
Many owners live far away and cannot oversee the work. That is why we work with the keys in our care: we do the renovation, send you photos of the progress and, when finished, meet you to check together that everything is as you wanted.
In the video and photos you can see an apartment renovated by us: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. One single contact for the whole job, in English, Spanish, Catalan, French or German. The visit and quote are free and without obligation.
